Apo Island is one of the top ten dive sites in the country and around the world. It can be accessed via a 30-minute boat ride from the neighboring town of Zamboangita. Its pride is its fantastic rock formations scattered over the terrain, a protected marine reserve, magnificent white sands and a relatively untouched endowment of natural marine resources – 650 documented fish species and 400 kinds of corals, click here for more!
After Siquijor, our next destination Apo Island to check out the beautiful sights under water. Posing while waiting for registration and waiting for our assigned boat.
We're craving for lechon but unluckily it's not market day here in Zamboangita so May just imagine the roasted banana as such
souvenir shop at the registration area
We survived the big waves and now excited to see what's in store for us underneath the waters of Apo Island
Welcome to the marine sanctuary!
Ready!!!!
WOW!! Not just Nemo.....
They finished all our bread and banana....so many fishes, amazing snorkeling already what more the diving!
After feeding the fish, we head to this resort (Apo resort) that serves lunch for walk-in visitors to feed ourselves
It's a small world really, imagine seeing Amelia and Steve in this resort, that's them going down the rock after doing rock climbing....whoa!
Yummy lunch, can't remember if we had seafoods! probably not!
Beautiful rock formation that serves as gate of the resort
It was a wonderful day in Apo Island....now heading back to rest and start another trip again!
